Throughout her career, she has scaled global operations to $1B+ in revenue, driven profitability through strategic change, and advised boards and executives on governance, risk, and growth strategies.
Most recently Chief Content Officer at Twitch, Laura led a global team overseeing 8M creators and 240M users where she delivered 30% financial improvement by restructuring deals and overhauling the go-to-market function. At YouTube, she built the North American division into a $5B business, launched the platform’s creator program, and spearheaded multiple product innovations. Earlier in her career, she served as EVP at NBCUniversal, leading $2B+ in digital investments and launching a joint venture with Snapchat and held senior roles at Margaritaville and MTV Networks.
In addition to her operating experience, Laura has advised Fortune 100 companies as a Senior Advisor at McKinsey and high-growth companies like Patreon through her own advisory firm. She has also served on multiple public and private boards, including The Arena Group, MediaCo, American Apparel, and WatchMojo, chairing Audit, M&A, and Digital committees.
Recognized as an industry leader, Laura’s honors include Gold House A100, NACD “40 Under 40,” and awards from Crain’s New York, Multichannel News, Variety, and Next TV. She earned her AB in Political Science from Brown University and MBA from Harvard Business School.
