Becky Yang O’Malley is a Managing Director at Pivot > where she advises clients and attorneys on complex financial disputes, fraud investigations, and forensic accounting matters. She brings more than 25 years of experience in providing litigation support, economic damages analysis, and financial investigations in high-stakes commercial and regulatory matters.

Becky has extensive experience in analyzing complex financial transactions, reconstructing financial records, and tracing funds in cases involving fraud, partnership and estate disputes, bankruptcies, and white-collar investigations. She has served as an expert witness in federal and state courts, arbitrations, and depositions, and has presented forensic findings to federal prosecutors and law enforcement authorities.

Prior to joining Pivot >, Becky was a Managing Director at GlassRatner Advisory Services. Earlier in her career, she held senior roles in forensic and dispute advisory practices at RSM US LLP, BDO USA LLP, and Mayer Hoffman McCann, where she led complex investigations and litigation support engagements across a wide range of industries.

As a Certified Fraud Examiner, Becky is recognized for her expertise in financial fraud investigations, forensic analysis, and expert testimony. She serves as President and Board Member of the Los Angeles Chapter of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and has been named a Women of Influence in Accounting by the Los Angeles Business Journal.
