Daniel has more than 15 years of experience spanning agribusiness operations, ag-tech, financial strategy, and executive leadership. Most recently, he led his own fractional CFO advisory firm, supporting companies from early-stage ventures to $1B+ enterprises with financial forecasting, ERP implementations, business intelligence, and capital strategy. His work has included building customized forecast models, leading system transformations, and delivering strategic insights that improved decision-making and long-term financial performance.
Previously, Daniel held senior leadership roles with AGCO Corporation’s Precision Planting division, where he oversaw business intelligence and sales strategy for a $500M+ organization and developed forecasting processes that enhanced visibility into performance and market trends. He also served as Executive Vice President and CFO of Carolina Nut Inc., leading strategic and financial initiatives to drive profitability and operational discipline.
Daniel holds a Master of Accounting from the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School, a Master of Soil Science with a concentration in Geographic Information Systems from North Carolina State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Biological Engineering with concentrations in Agricultural and Environmental Engineering.
