Jeremy Lee joins Pivot > as a Managing Director, where he brings clients deep expertise across agribusiness, transportation, and financial services.
Jeremy leads strategic, operational, and financial advisory services for agribusiness clients across the United States. With three decades of experience spanning agribusiness, transportation, and financial services, Jeremy leads transformations of underperforming organizations, optimizes capital structures, and implements data-driven strategies that enhance profitability and enterprise value.
Prior to joining Pivot >, Jeremy founded AgVista Advisors, LLC. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles including President of Paragon Freight Systems, CFO/COO of G.M. Lawrence & Company (Midsouth Ag), and CFO/Vice President of Finance at Ag Partners, LLC. Jeremy has worked in agribusiness lending and capital markets at AgCountry Farm Credit Services and began his career in accounting and operations with Thompsons USA, Limited.
Throughout his career, Jeremy has led high-impact initiatives including the negotiation of syndicated debt financings exceeding $400 million, execution of operational restructurings delivering multimillion-dollar annual efficiencies, construction and financing of large-scale agricultural facilities, and the growth and monetization of early-stage and middle-market businesses. His experience includes guiding companies to GAAP compliance, supporting M&A and post-acquisition integration, tax and capital structure optimization, and end-to-end operational improvement across processing, logistics, and distribution platforms.
Jeremy’s industry background spans cooperatives, food and protein processing, fruit and vegetable production, permanent plantings, renewable energy, row crops and specialty crop production, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of the financial and operational drivers unique to the agricultural sector.
Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Financial Management from the University of North Dakota.
