She contributes to marketing operations, including CRM data management, pipeline management and maintenance of internal databases and marketing initiatives across the firm.
Prior to joining Pivot >, Lindsey gained experience in digital marketing and analytics through internships and academic projects. As a Global Digital Marketing Automation Intern at John Hancock, she supported targeted email campaigns, conducted competitive research, and leveraged data-driven insights to improve engagement and performance.
At Villanova University, Lindsey pursued a BBA in Marketing and Analytics, where she developed a strong foundation in data analysis, market research, and strategic communication.
