Marley Dominguez is a Managing Director at Pivot > in the firm’s Restaurant & Hospitality practice. He brings over 20 years of experience in value-add and opportunistic real estate, with deep specialization in hotels, restaurants, and multi-family assets. Marley combines institutional investment expertise with hands-on operational leadership, advising ownership groups, lenders, and operators on performance improvement, restructuring, asset optimization, and growth transitions across complex hospitality environments.

He is a co-founder and the Managing Partner of Enduring Hospitality Group which focuses on luxury boutique hotels in leisure markets. At Enduring he has acquired properties and led the renovation, branding, development and operations of the hotels as well as the adjoining lifestyle restaurants and speakeasy. The hotels have received significant press including features in the NY Times, Conde Nast, Maxim, Grazia, and more. He also founded both the hospitality management company and restaurant management company creating a vertically integrated hospitality solution.​

Prior to Enduring, Marley led all hotel investments for the Spottswood family in Key West with over a dozen hotels in their portfolio. He rebranded the operating company by deflagging existing hotels and converting to a more efficient in-house operating platform. Marley was also the Global Head of Real Estate for a hotel operating firm and growing it to over 15,000 rooms under management and an eventual IPO. He has also held roles for the Royal Family of Abu Dhabi and the PIFFS Kuwait (Sovereign Pension Fund)​

Marley graduated from Clemson University where he played baseball until an injury after which he founded the Clemson Club Baseball team.​
