Mike has held leadership positions at CDS Lender Services, Foothill Capital (now Wells Fargo Foothill), and Canyon Capital Advisors, developing a comprehensive understanding of financial operations and investment strategies. He has also overseen the financial activities of businesses in the family entertainment, precious metal refining, agriculture, and real estate sectors. Mike began his career at Ernst & Young as an auditor, gaining a solid foundation in financial reporting and compliance.

He earned a B.S. in Accounting from Loyola Marymount University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
