His operational expertise encompasses multifamily, office, industrial, retail, and hospitality assets, ensuring a comprehensive approach to real estate advisory. Mike’s mission is to provide strategic guidance to clients, maximizing value and facilitating success in challenging transactions.

Prior to joining Pivot >, Mike founded Schlesinger Real Estate Advisors (SREA), a full service commercial real estate advisory and consulting firm providing a wide range of services to clients across the commercial real estate spectrum. With a background spanning over 25 years and transactions exceeding $1 billion, Mike crafted tailored solutions across asset management, loan workouts, acquisitions, and finance.

In his previous roles, Mike held key positions at leading firms such as Latitude Management Real Estate Holdings and Hackman Capital Partners, where he excelled in acquisitions, asset management, and investor relations. Mike began his career as an Audit Manager for PwC.

Mike earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Economics with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
