Larianna Evania

Evania is Special Projects Director at Pivot >, working across practices and leadership teams to drive cross-functional initiatives, improve internal workflows, and elevate firm-wide impact through strategic storytelling and process design. She is a seasoned strategic operator with deep experience at the intersection of marketing, business operations, and organizational transformation.

Prior to joining Pivot >, Larianna was Managing Director of Marketing & Business Operations at Paladin Management, where she led firmwide growth initiatives and spearheaded major operational enhancements. She has also held leadership roles at Alvarez & Marsal, CRG Partners, and Havas, advising global clients and C-suite executives on branding, communication, and expansion strategy. Her work spans distressed investing, professional services, consumer goods, and entertainment.

Larianna began her career in brand and media strategy, and brings a unique ability to translate vision into execution—building systems that align teams, unlock growth, and create lasting stakeholder value.

A passionate advocate for the arts and humanitarian causes, Larianna has led creative relief efforts for displaced communities and refugee youth. She holds a BA cum laude from the University of Ottawa.

Pivot > originated from a conversation between friends, Lance Miller and Peter Elkin, both veterans of restructuring and turnaround industries, and former company leaders. Frustrated with the traditional advisory firm model, they sought a better approach centered on client interests and results. Over dinner, they envisioned a best-in-class value proposition, which eventually became Pivot >, attracting like-minded individuals who shared their mission and industry distinctions.
