Our Founders
Pivot > started over dinner.
Lance Miller and Peter Elkin spent their careers leading companies through complex, high-pressure situations. Along the way, they saw the limits of conventional advisory firms —uneven service, lack of specialization, and limited access to capital at key moments.
So they built something different.
