Coral Hansen is a Managing Director at Pivot > where she performs complex forensic investigations and advises clients and counsel on financial disputes, fraud, and forensic accounting matters. She brings more than 30 years of experience across public accounting and executive finance roles, helping stakeholders investigate fraud, quantify economic damages, and resolve high-stakes commercial disputes.
Coral has led hundreds of engagements involving fraud investigations, accounting malpractice, contract disputes, business valuation matters, shareholder conflicts, and complex asset tracing. She has served as financial advisor to unsecured creditors’ committees and has been qualified as an expert witness in Superior, Federal, and U.S. Bankruptcy Courts.
Prior to joining Pivot >, Coral was a Managing Director with GlassRatner Advisory & Capital Group and previously held leadership roles in corporate restructuring and litigation support at a national accounting firm.
A Certified Public Accountant, Certified Fraud Examiner, Certified in Financial Forensics, and Accredited in Business Valuation, Coral is recognized for her rigorous analysis and credible expert testimony. She has been named one of the Most Influential Women in Accounting by the Los Angeles Business Journal and included among its Top 100 Accountants.
